damaged or faulty items

we apologise if your order arrives damagaged
we inspect every product before packaging with care,
however we understand that postal services do not always
handle packages with such consideration


please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order,
providing photos of your damaged and/or faulty products
with your order information,
so that we can come to a solution together

cancellations, returns + refunds

cancellations are accepted if your
order has not yet been fulfilled + dispatched

refunds are not accepted unless
you have recieved the incorrect order
+ the unused, undamaged goods
have been safely returned to us

we will provide a refund if your parcel
has still not yet been delivered after six weeks have passed
+ after we’ve investigated the issue with australia post

vessels + packaging

all our candle vessels are handselected preloved + vintage wares,
with the rest of our packaging ordered in
small amounts to help minimise waste

there are multiple ways to reuse your vessels + packaging
+ we encourage you to do so
remove used wax by filling your vessel with boiled water,
waiting until it softens before removing

for those local to the macedon ranges + surrounds,
we will happily take your empty vessel + refill with your choice of
available fragrance for a 10% discount

cosmetic flaws + scent throw

bumps, funny surface texture, condesation or cracking?
these imperfections are all common when using
natural soy wax
with no additives

your candle is still perfectly fine
to go ahead + burn

discolouration?
some candles discolour after being exposed
to uv lighting from being stored
incorrectly

this is merely a cosmetic issue
+ is still okay to burn

wick build-up or ‘mushrooming’
is a common feature of natural cotton wicks
please ensure to trim your wick
after each burn

candle not burning evenly?
if your wick is no longer centre, or has a lean,
use a long pointed metal object to help
re-centre your wick

scent too strong or not strong enough?
scent throw is a subjective topic
therefore we cannot accept refund or exchange
requests over this matter

bath + body products

with our beauty products,
the same cosmetic factors may apply
as we use all natural ingredients with
no additives
or perservatives

your local climate also plays a big part
in the consistency of these products

you may find your face or lip balms
may be too ‘hard’ or too ‘soft’
because you live in a colder or warmer area


always be sure to read the instructions
on how to store + use your beauty products



soap has cracking, soda ash, small holes or discoloration?
these are all common impefections when
handmaking soap
your soap is still perfectly fine to use


please know that we inspect each and every piece
+ keep whatever is not of our standard for our own
personal use at home
